Is 12000 rank good enough to get into any of the top 5 colleges of IPU?

I got 12000 rank in IPU outside Delhi. Can I get into any of the top 5 colleges of IPU with CS, IT or ECE in spot round ??

It should be just enough to get you into IPU top colleges. You may have to wait for second round. But you will surely get a chance. All the best.
