I am a nurse by profession, i wrote IELTS exam this February with the following scores : writing 6.5 reading 5.5 listening 5.0 and speaking 7.0. Please can anyone tell me if my scores can give me admission in any reliable university in Canada or US to read rn to Bsc Nursing, also i want to know if i can get a scholarship as an international student.
First time college applicant
At this time an international applicant to a US public or private nursing program is ineligible for any publicly funded aid program. If you do receive an acceptance, you may qualify for a "private-direct" loan that is open to international students.
I am wondering why you want to go to nursing school in the US if you already were serving as a nurse. The RN (Registered Nurse) is a registration that is open to any one with two years of nursing and who can pass the examination. Those who received the Bachelor Science in Nursing(BSN) must still pass the same RN examination as a 2 year graduate. When it comes to jobs, the 2 year RN licensee is often given equal footing as the BSN for certain kinds of nursing jobs.
Best of luck.
