Hello Sahiti, I have an MS and when I was on this road, this question never occurred in my mind. I pretty much followed what "I" wanted to do and carved a road to get where I wanted to be. But maybe you have some more elaborate question that you still have in your mind. Maybe you can check this link for some ideas on how to carve your road
