The availability of financial aid for international students who are applying to Canada is limited. I went to this website and although there were many listings, many are outdated links. This leads me to believe that this website is obsolete but it is one of the few that are optimistic about the international student aid. I find that most of the students who get financial aid will be doctoral students. Most doctoral students are funded at a proportion much higher than freshman undergraduate.
